1. Ensuring all calls landing at Remote Desk are logged into the client provided tool.
2. Providing Technical support thru Telephone, email or taking the remote of the system.
3. Troubleshoot and resolve desktop / laptop OS issues and other Application Issues being used by Users remotely.
4. Coordinating with Backend Team for Closure of Tickets pending with Backend Team.
