We have permanent Job Opportunity for Desktop Support Engineer profile at our client location in Patna
Job Description:
Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot XP, Windows 7 and Microsoft Office 2007 and any other authorized desktop applications
Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot for printers, computer hardware and any other authorized peripheral equipment
Responsible for monitoring, operating, managing, troubleshooting and restoring to service any terminal service client under the customer IT guidelines.
Develop trends by monitoring and analyzing incoming calls, problems and support
Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Enterprise General Applications hosted on Windows Server 2000/2003/2008 as per SOP. Requesting and coordinating vendor support
should have experience or knowledge on DNS, DHCP, Active Directory
